• The QR code can be stored for 180 days before use, but the plan must be used up within 30 days after installation.

• 【Strongly Recommended】 Upon arrival, please switch to your hotel's Wi-Fi immediately for a smoother and more stable internet experience.

• Once the QR code is sent, it is non-refundable.

• After purchasing, the system automatically sends the QR CODE to your email (check spam folder if not received).

• You need an internet connection to install the eSIM. Use Wi-Fi to scan the QR code.

• Once scanned, the QR code is bound to one device and cannot be transferred or restored.

• Please ensure your phone supports eSIM (iPhone XR or newer). No refunds will be given if you are unable to use the service because you did not check beforehand.

• If you cannot connect upon arrival, contact customer service immediately. Refunds are not accepted without prior contact.
   

📖 Specifications

• Data: Daily data plan. Speed is reduced to 5Mbps after the 1GB high-speed data is used up.

• Calculation Method: The plan starts when you enable roaming. The day you arrive is Day 1 (resets at 0:00, UTC+0).

• Carriers: Optus, TNZ

• Hotspot: Supports single device only (not guaranteed on all models).

• Speed: 4G/LTE/5G auto-switching

• APN: mobile (usually auto-configured; no setup required).

• Calls/SMS: Not included (data only).

• Coverage: Australia and New Zealand. Signal may be weaker on islands, in suburbs, or in mountain areas.
   

🔄 Redemption & Setup

• Receive the QR code sent to your email (check spam or search for "Voya").

• Recommended: Scan and import the eSIM one day before you depart.

• iPhone Path: Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ Add eSIM ➡️ Scan QR Code.

• After adding, select the new plan, enable Data Roaming, wait 3–5 minutes for network registration, and you're online.

• Network Speed: 4G/LTE/5G Auto-switching (carrier dependent)
• Hotspot Sharing: Supports single device (not guaranteed for all models)
• Activation Method: Scan QR Code to activate
• Compatible Devices: iPhone XR and above, eSIM-enabled Android phones
• Validity Period: QR Code valid for 90 days
• Usage Calculation: Days counted from roaming activation

iPhone Setup Steps:

1. Go to "Settings" → "Cellular" → "Add eSIM"
2. Scan the received QR Code
3. Name your plan (e.g., Voya)
4. Select this plan for cellular data
5. Turn on "Data Roaming" after arriving at your destination

Reminder: You can install it before departure, but do NOT enable data roaming to avoid early day calculation.

• QR Code is non-refundable after delivery. Please confirm device compatibility
• iPhone XR or above required. Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau versions may not support eSIM
• QR Code can only be bound to one device and cannot be transferred
• Wi-Fi is recommended at accommodations for better experience
• Signal may be weak in remote areas, islands, or mountains
