1. Digital eSIM Delivery

  • Instant Delivery: All eSIM products are delivered digitally by email. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive a QR code and/or activation details (SM-DP+ address, activation code) at the email address provided during checkout.

  • Delivery Window: In most cases, delivery is instant or within 15 minutes. In rare cases (such as system delays or payment verification issues), it may take up to 2 hours.

  • Non-Receipt: If you do not receive your eSIM within the stated timeframe, please first check your spam/junk folder. If still not received, contact us immediately at voya.esim@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Responsibility: Once the eSIM QR code is delivered to your email, the product is considered fulfilled. You are responsible for downloading, installing, and activating the eSIM on a compatible device.

2. Physical SIM Cards & Accessories (if applicable)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use reputable courier or postal services. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Domestic (within Taiwan): 2–4 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier availability)

  • Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

4. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship physical SIM cards to countries restricted by trade sanctions or embargoes.

  • Digital eSIMs may also not be usable in restricted jurisdictions due to local telecom laws or carrier limitations.
